Is this a debt collector?
No. We send friendly reminders from your business to your own customers. We never threaten, add fees or report anyone.
Which number do messages come from?
When you try it, from our shared test number. For your customers, you get your own business number, verified by Invoice AI. Every message says it's from your business, and replies come back to your number.
What if they already paid?
They tap "I've paid". We ask you to check, then say thank you and stop.
Do my customers need WhatsApp?
No. Without WhatsApp, they get a text or an email.
Can it write in Spanish?
Yes. Messages and calls can be in English or Spanish.
Do my customers have to agree to be messaged?
They're your customers and the messages are about work they ordered, which is what the rules allow. Every text and call says who it's from, and anyone can reply STOP to end messages. Calls say plainly they're from your AI assistant.
